Stainless Steel
Our standard stainless steel hinge (304 alloy) is ideal for most marine and outdoor applications or anywhere that requires good corrosion resistance. Jefco stocks this in two finishes: bright annealed and mill (2-B) finish. Generally, our heavier gauge hinges (0.075’’ to 0.120’’ thick) are stocked in a mill/2-B finish, but they are available in many other finishes, including brushed and polished. A multitude of secondary processes can be applied, such as cutting to length, side shearing, custom hole patterns, forming, and many more.
