    Terms: A 50% Deposit is required on new orders, balance net 30 days with approved credit or credit card. Other Payment methods: pre-paid, credit card or wire transfer.

    Jefco reserves the right to ship and invoice over quantities by 5%. All products to be packaged in standard Jefco packaging. All products to have normal die cut edges. All hinge knuckles are free formed, I.D. distortion may occur. All dimensions to be held to=/- .015". Note all products are quoted using standard mill gage material. If shipping outside of the USA, all shipments must be pre-paid prior to shipping.

    Tooling Info: Tooling charges do not convey ownership of tools, dies, or equipment. Jefco Mfg. Inc. will maintain, repair, or replace tools, dies, or equipment at their expense, as long as the customer orders parts. All tooling will be used for the exclusive use of the customers parts. Tooling charges due upon approval of samples.
