Stainless Steel Continuous Hinges
Our standard stainless steel hinge (304 alloy) is great for most marine and outdoor applications or anywhere that requires good corrosion resistance. Jefco stocks this in two finishes, bright annealed and a mill or 2-B finish. Generally speaking our heavier gauge hinges (.075’’ to .120’’) thick material are stocked in a mill / 2-B finish, but are available in many other finishes including brushed and polished. There’s a multitude of secondary processes that can be applied such as cutting to length, side shearing, custom hole patterns, forming, and many more.
